How are usernames generated?
Usernames are created by randomly combining an adjective and a noun from built-in word lists. Optionally a 3-digit number is appended and a separator (hyphen, underscore, or none) is placed between the two words.
Are the generated usernames unique?
The combinations are randomly generated from word lists, so you are unlikely to get duplicates in the same session. However, since the word lists are finite, the same username may have been generated by someone else previously.
Can I use these usernames on any platform?
Most platforms accept letters and numbers. If a platform does not accept hyphens or underscores, choose the "No separator" option and add numbers to increase uniqueness.
How many possible combinations are there?
The generator uses approximately 55 adjectives and 100 nouns, giving around 5,500 base combinations. With numbers appended, this increases to roughly 5.5 million combinations.
