Christmas is just about a hundred days from now and as evidence that the joyous season is just around the corner, the malls here are already selling Christmas decors, Christmas trees, wreaths and other Christmas-related effects. There are also Christmas themed displays on pillows, mugs, dinner plates, curtains, and many others. The radio stations are also playing Christmas songs in between their regular programming. Some stores are also selling Christmas decors at discounted prices. It is not only the malls that are prepping for the merriest month of the year, but also the housewives and busy moms like me. Its already “ber” month and lots of people really enjoy preparing for the X-mass season. I go and check for the cheapest Christmas decor and Arrange it next month . This will save me a lot of money.

I love Christmas! It’s my favorite holiday of the year. Unfortunately, I live in a place where they don’t recognize the most important season of the year. I kind of miss Christmas back home. I love smelling those roasted castanas, eating bibingka and puto-bumbong after the Simbang Gabi. But most of all, I miss the reunions of family, the decors, the carolers, the festive merriment and the outpouring love of those who matters in your life. Ah…Christmas…
Have fun and enjoy the festive season and do remember that the reason for the season is HIM.
